If you wish to ensure that your Tefillin and Mezuzos are in proper and halachic condition, as the High Holidays approach, bring them to the QJC Bais Hamedrash.

Rabbi Moshe Sandowski, Sofer (Torah Scribe), will be on hand
to inspect Tefillin and Mezuzos and determine if they are "kosher."
Cost: $7 per Mezuzah ~~ $60 for Tefillin
 

At that time, Rabbi Sandowski will also available to make appointments for house calls, to inspect Mezuzos and Tefillin at your home.
