With Yom Yerushalayim and Shavuot coming up, there are some programs and resources that I would like to share. Please scroll down for flyers and images.

Please remember to submit your Dvar Torah for the QJC Shavuos Reader by Sunday night (latest Monday) if you are interested! Please contact Rabbi Kerbel if you are intersted. We look forward to providing this compilation of Divrei Torah to our community.

Please also check out the following Torah resources:
While I don't guarantee how long shipping will take, you may still be able to order Shavuot related books from Koren/Maggid and Artscroll.
Please see the HaMizrachi collection of Divrei Torah for Yom Yerushalayim and Shavuot.
Please see the YU-to-Go for Shavuot, with articles that pertain to this particularly challenging time.
The OU has put together a website called "Sinai at Home." You can print out source sheets to learn over Shavuot. Some have English translations and some do not.
In addition to our special shiur on Sunday morning, please check out the Vayichan program that will take place on Sunday, featuring tons of dynamic speakers from across the Orthodox spectrum, helping us to prepare for Kabbalat Ha-Torah. Numerous shiurim will take place between 10am-2pm, although we hope you will join us for our shiur at 11:30am.
On another note, I would like to appeal an important tzedakah intiative that started recently, called Daily Giving. You can pledge the equivalent of just one dollar a day, or more if you like, to tzedakah, charged on a monthly or yearly basis. The money goes on a rotating basis to many important and worthy tzedakot both here and in Eretz Yisrael that are aligned with our shul's values and/or benefit us - these include Misaskim, Hatzalah, NASCK, and Chazaq (there are over three dozen organizations total).
Please stay healthy and safe, and feel free to reach out any point with anything I can be helpful with.
